مقدمة عامة

CELLULAR AND MOLECULAR BIOLOGY TRAINING course

Learn and get trained cellular and molecular biology in 1 week.

This 1-week long intensive and practical course covers in-depth various basic cellular and molecular techniques, used in experimental research, laboratory medicine and clinical areas. Molecular biology studies living systems at DNA, RNA and protein levels and how these molecules can be modified and harnessed for practical applications. Therefore this course will cover these major topics of molecular biology

• طلبة المجتمع الطبي وطلاب علم علم الاحياء والتطبيقات الحيويه الى جميع السنوات الدراسيه والمهتمين من الخريجين والقطاع الخاص

محاور ومواضيع الدورة:

. Students will practice and will be trained on the following fundamental cellular and molecular techniques

1.         Cell and tissue culturing.

2.         DNA isolation methods.

3.         Various types of PCR (regular, SNP genotyping).

4.         Gel electrophoresis

5.         RNA isolation methods.

6.         cDNA synthesis.

7.         Reverse transcriptase PCR.

8.         Protein expression, ELISA.
